From October 2022 to May 2024, I worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Blis, a leading SaaS platform specializing in data matching, data targeting, omnichannel activation, and both online and offline measurement. One of my notable projects during this time was the Black Friday campaign for Bosch Home Appliances in Austria.
Summary
For this campaign, I successfully acquired Bosch as a direct client and sold both the initial campaign and subsequent self-service follow-up campaigns.
My responsibilities included:
- Client Acquisition and Sales: Independently securing Bosch and BSH Austria and its agency Wavemaker Austria as a client and effectively selling the campaign and follow-up self-service options.
- Pricing and Coordination: Establishing the pricing strategy and coordinating with Wavemaker Austria to ensure seamless execution.
- Strategy Setup: Developing a comprehensive strategy to measure footfall and achieve the client’s benchmarks for success.
- Reporting and Optimization: Providing detailed reports, optimizing the campaign based on performance data, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Client Contact and Upselling/Cross-selling: Maintained close communication with the client, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling for self service services in 2024.

- Footfall Uplift: Achieved over 200% increase in footfall on Black Friday. Furthermore CTR and Footfall rates in stores exceeded branch benchmarks.
- Client Satisfaction: Exceeded benchmarks set by the client, resulting in high client satisfaction and successful follow-up campaigns.
